Appointments to Council Organisations
This page outlines the external organisations and groups that Councillors have been appointed to.
Under Section 6 of the Local Government Act 2002 these outside committees and groups are classed as "Council Organisations" or "Council Controlled Organisations."
Below is the list of committees and groups and the name of the Elected Member/s who serve. This list also includes details of the status of the appointment, i.e. whether it is classed under the Local Government Act 2002 as a "Council Organisation", "Council Controlled Organisation", "Joint Committee" or exempt.
Also listed are any other Council Organisations, i.e. companies in which Council has voting rights and the name of any director appointed by the Council to that organisation.
