Terms of Reference
To administer the Council's community grants programme for the Community Development Fund, the Community Outcomes Fund, the Regional Emergency Services Fund and the Sister City Exchange Fund.
Power to Act
To disburse funds as follows: up to $3,000 from the Community Development Fund for individual applicants, up to $20,000 from the Community Outcomes Fund and up to $20,000 from the Regional Emergency Services Fund, up to $3,000 per group or $500 per individual application from the Sister City Exchange Fund.
