Application for Resource Consent

Form 9 - Application for Resource Consent (57KB pdf) (Word format) - Use this form for all Resource Consent applications.
Earthworks Addendum Form (50KB Word) - Please additionally include this form when you are applying for earthworks resource consent.

Form 8A - Affected Person's Written Approval (14KB pdf) (Word format) - Use this form in all cases where a neighbour or neighbours are or will be affected by your Resource Consent application.

Form 13 - Submission Form (27KB pdf) - Use this form to either make a submission or object to a Resource Consent application.

Form 21 - Submission on Notice of Requirement (38KB pdf) - Use this form to make a submission on a publicly notified requirement for designation of a heritage order.
