Building Consent Fees

This page sets out the Schedule of Administrative Fees and Charges under the Building Act 2004.

The fees were set following public consultation and by resolution of Council under the Building Act 2004 at the Council meeting held on 6 June 2012 (39KB pdf) (item #211/12) and finalised by the Council at its meeting held on 27 June 2012 (41KB pdf) (item #217/12).
