The first programme is called Porirua Healthy Homes

The Sustainability Trust is able to offer insulation subsidies of up to 75% for Community Service Card Holders. Saving money and improving health are two good reasons to insulate your home. 

The second programme is Wellington Curtain Bank 

Free curtains for Community Service Card holders. The Sustainability Trust runs the Wellington Curtain Bank. Please contact the Trust if you need fitted, lined curtains for your living room.
